We are fully committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason you may return your Khunu for a full refund or exchange within a month of receiving it, and anytime within three months for a Khunu credit. Simply send an email to email@example.com with a quick note on why you're not satisfied and we'll make sure you get sorted out.
Khunu products can be returned for a full refund one month after purchase providing the product is in its original state and all labels are still attached.
If for whatever reason you have a problem with your Khunu product within three months of purchase, then drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org telling us what the problem is and we will do what we can to sort it out.

We are happy to exchange any item free of charge for a different size, subject to stock availability. Please return the original item to us and once we receive it we will dispatch the replacement immediately. If you are ever unsure about what size to order then please drop email@example.com a line and we'll do what we can to advise on your purchase.
Khunu insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered and signed for, at which point responsibility for the purchase passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for it.
